It is not how hard you can hit, but how hard you can get hit

"It is not how hard you can hit, but how hard you can get hit, and continue to move forward!"

I was influenced by the sentence above and i shall bear this sentence with me for the whole life.

In life, it is not about how tough we getting through, how many unwanted challenges that we might face, but it is about how we face them, how we overcome them and continue to move forward.

Life is all about making the right choice. I believe that all of you have heard about commenting about "getting out of your comfort zone". There is no way we can achieve different results by doing the same routine. The same doors lead to the same results. I totally agreed with the sentence and it is really great for us to do something that we never do before, to speak to some one that we never speak to before, to lead a crowd full of strangers, to get out of our comfort zone!

Have you heard about "Purpose Driven Life"?

Always focus on why you are doing something for someone instead of how you are going to do that!

Stay focus, it is just like a laser beam that can get you through any obstacles to achieve your goal!

Clarity is Power

We must decide what the outcomes we desire in order to start taking actions.

When we focus on what we want, we get the power to act.

Every successful people know exactly what they want. The first step is to decide what their goals are. But most people doesnt know clearly what they want in life. You often hear people say "i dont know what i want, it is not the time to decide yet". or they know what they want, but they dont take action.

Number two, get yourself to take action! How do you begin? Decision is your key power to act. When you clearly have strong desire, you will begin to take action.

Successful people fail more than anybody else. Average people are afraid of the fear of failure and the fear of rejection.

What about you? What do you do when you fail? when you fall down? when you encounter problems that slow you down from where you intended to go? Do you aware that failure can be your best friend? As long as you learn something out of it, there is no failure in it.

Number 3, notice the outcomes from your action. Take note of what is working and what is not working. Remember flexibility is power - you can always change your approach to obtain your goals. When something does not work, try something else.

How long does it take for an average baby to learn walking?
What do you say to the baby when he falls?
What happen if he fail again and again?

Number 4, use role modelling to accelerate you to achieve your goal. If you want to become the top taekwondo exponent, model exactly what the top taekwondo exponents out there are doing. Model their training, model their mindsed and model their physiology!

I cant agree more with my uncle's mantra to achieve goals in life ---> "decision, planning, execution, follow-thru and finally evaluate, learn and improve"!

Lets get motivated

Read them aloud :

"The same doors lead to the same results" by Burke Hudges. Therefore, open your mind, think DIFFERENTLY.

"Temporary defeat is not permanent lose", "Quitters never win, winners never quit" by Napolen Hills. Do not give up, keep going, your aims is always bigger than any problems.

In order to achieve physical reality from your dreams, follow these 4 essential steps :

1)Have a definite purpose backed by burning desire
2)Have a definite plan, expressed in continuous actions
3)Have a mind closed tightly against all negative and discouraging influences including negative suggestions from family members and friends
4)Allow yourself to mix with people who would encourage one another to follow through one’s purpose and plans.

Good luck!

Be Positive, stay away from negative influences

My title "Be positive, stay away from negative influences" can simply be divided into two parts, i.e. "be positive" and "stay away from negative influences".

When we read any daily newspapers, 90% of them are sad news eg. Secretary admits to being a sex addict, Housewife drugged and raped during job hunt, Missing man found dead and so on. I mean, it is interesting to know about the stories, but after all it do no good but to affect our emotion. We become so afraid to try and to take risks. Or, when we talk to our colleagues, we will often hear complaints like "oh, today was a freaking busy day. i worked in the morning, afternoon and after office hours!", "i hate my boss, she is so fussy and always scold me without a valid reason!", "hey, did you know that ms.pretty has got a new boy friend?" and so on. Would these statements do any good to our life?

One of the wealth files from T.Harv Eker stated "Associate with positive, successful and rich people, as well as dissociate from the negative one".

The statement makes a lot of sense to me. It is our decision to choose how we want to live and the future of our life. Come on, think about this, isn't more interesting when we mix with people who questioned us about the future than the past. For example, "hey, what is future plan? How you want to live in another 5 years? And what are you going to do to achieve that?"

People who are too negative and avoid risk back themselves out of most opportunities because of their negativity and fear of risk. Make a decision today to change your future tomorrow.

Decisions decide destiny

In order to change, it is important for us to take the very first step - making a decision!

Every action that we take is to avoid pain or to gain pleasure. If you want a change in your life, you have to make a decision first. Then you have to focus on the pleasures that you will gain by following this decision to keep you motivated.

Everyone out there are busy celebrating chinese new year, but i am sitting right here to equip myself with the knowledges and thoughts in order to make myself a better person.

Happy cny and gong hei fatt choy to all chinese and happy holidays to the rest of you!

Take home message - Decisions decide destiny!

They are brothers

3 MONTHS AGO, i blogged about Just To You to show my disappointment towards him.

Me : Hey, tmr can bring ah mah2 hkl for eye clinic first appointment? cos her first appointment is on 23rd June but she will be in Sabah that time. I tried to change the date to 11th june where i will be going back home but its full. If not, need to skip her first appoinment and follow up on 21st July.

One hour jo still no reply...
Me : Hey. can or cannot please reply.

A few mins later...

Him1 : I can't, i have work. I can't take leave... continue reading Just To You

RECENTLY i wrote an approximate 800 words email to another him. It has to be something very serious that i spent my time writing this long email to seek his opinion. 6 days has passed, i found out from my dad that he actually went back home last weekend so i text him to find out what actually happened.

Me : Hei bro. Did you receive my email on 23rd October?

Him2 : Yes, why?

Me : But u neva reply? i tot u didnt get it. So what do u think? 2day they all decided 2let ah gong hav beta diet already. cos nw getting much worst. lost of appetite n walk wit support bcos no energy.

Him2 : I went bk last wkend. i heard frm them that the chinese doc restricts all of the diet. let c wat happen after 1 month.

Me: Im not going 2wait anymore. i told them 2resume the last time diet already. nvm. i play game sin. ciao.

From now onwards, I gave up on this another him. Everything written above are true. I never add a single word from our conversation!

Oh by the way, Him1 is a different person from Him2. You will find out how they are related at the end of the post.

My ah gong is an ESRF (end stage renal failure patient). We were almost ready to bring him for dialysis last month. However, my family decided to try out TCM (traditional chinese medicine) before starting dialysis. So we went to a small town in perak (approximately 2 hours drive from KL) to see this chinese physician, came home with 30 packets of chinese herbal medicine after spending approximately RM 500.
2 weeks after the treatment, my ah gong lost 3 kg, lost of appetite very seriously (because of the completely ridiculous strict diet from the chinese physician) and feeling weak.

My email is as below :

"Hey uncle lee and andy bro,

Its gonna be long. So do continue reading only when you are really free. hehe.

I requested my dad to bring ah gong for renal profile test yesterday and the result came back today. Here is the comparison between 1st October and 21st October. Ah gong started on the 'magical' TCM on 6st October.

Electrolytes : 1st October vs 21st October (Ref range)

Urea : 19.8 vs 12.9 ( 1.7 - 8.3 )
Creatinine : 474 vs 454 (<150)>
GFR : 11 vs 11
Ca2+ : 2.03 vs 2.19 (2.12-2.52)
Phosphate : 1.42 vs 1.61 (0.64-1.48)
Uric Acid : 0.44 vs 0.34 (0.20-0.42)
Sodium : 132 vs 122 (137-150)
Potassium : 5 vs 5.4 (3.5-5.3)
Chloride : 103 vs 94 (95-100)
Weight :52kg vs49kg
Age = 81 years old
Haemoglobin???? Albumin??? (wasn't done this time, will request one during end of the month)
my Calculated Creatinine Clearance 7.96 ml/min VS 7.83ml/min

There is a major improvement in urea (what does it means?). The improvement in creatinine is almost negligible because looking at ah gong's trend, creatinine can go down or up even WITHOUT SUPER STRICT DIET CONTROL PLUS 'magical' TCM. BUT THERE IS A VERY MINOR DECLINE IN CREATININE CLEARANCE DESPITE THE SUPER STRICT DIET CONTROL.

The super strict diet - Is it necessary to obey completely???
I just spoken to my dad and he cant agreed with me regarding on letting loose ah gong's diet. Uncle billy and my dad stood firm to keep the strict diet for at least a month. I dont agree with that. Okay, i have spoken to the dietian (cik siti) in my hospital. I have told siti about ah gong's condition, progression except for the chinese medicine part. She concluded that it is neccessary to take some essential proteins such as meat/eggs (which provides high protein), mayb once a week, while bean provides low protein. I have observed the trend of renal failure patients in my hospital and found out that almost all of them are on calcium carbonate (phosphate binder), ferrous, iron, vit B complex. (will discuss about supplements with Dr Jeya, if the result by end of this month turn out to be good).

Next, ah gong called me last sunday to inform me about his bp trend. Then i called him today too. To all of our surprise, i think he is almost a doctor/pharmacist now. He stopped taking Amlodipine 5mg ON for the past 3 days already (without informing any of us, i guess), although i have reminded him to inform me regarding any changes in medication/sick/side effects for many times. His bp dropped tremendously throughout the 6 days. Something like this : sunday (116/74), monday ( 108/69), tuesday (118/70), wednesday (126/68), thursday (122/68). Normally his bp was at least 160/70 in the morning. all the values shown are taken morning (afternoon and night values are good : between 130-150/60-75). He said he felt giddy (almost fainted) upon waking up on Monday and Tuesday. He stopped taking Amlo 5mg Tuesday night. The bp was monitored for the following 3 days and the values are good. Why??? Could it be due to the chinese medicine? Why is it only start taking effect after 2 weeks?? I trust him in modifying his hypertension medication because he could still communicate rationally.

Next, big issue is up. Ah gong has lost 3kg in 2 weeks time. He complaint to me that he is feeling loss of appetite because of his SUPER strict diet. He is taking oats with milk every morning (no more bread or kon lou mee), only fried mee hun once in the past 2 weeks, then rice with 2 types of vege for lunch (almost tasteless, because no aginomoto, no soysauce, only little bit of salt), then the same or slightly different dishes for dinner. He wants more varieties! He finally complaint and i told him it was great to hear his complains.

i know the cooking part is mainly putting on fault on my mum or ah mu (they were ordered and i havent spoken to my mum regarding this yet), but the main thing that we must all agree first is on the diet modification. All of us should come to one same conclusion. we will have to let the family members accept what we want ah gong to take before ah gong himself, and ah mah(the biggest person in the family). I will email the BAN's and the CAN's from the chinese prescriber once i contacted my bro (it was written on my book at PJ).

and ah gong's renal function BEFORE and AFTER taking chinese medicine
any reason to explain why urea is dropping?? the rise in potasium could be due to the types of vege and the use of garlic in cooking for the past 2 weeks. my dad actually figured out that (so cool). SODIUM. it is dropping too!
There must be more issues/questions to raise after reading so much.

We need to think of a best diet modification plan for the cooker/carers/patient asap! Thank you very much!! Sorry to write u guys such a long email!

Some words for the 2 him.

1) If you cant care for your own grandparents, i doubt you will care for the patients (on your own initiative). Why the f*ck you want to follow up on one patient when you only see them in the ward (maybe once in your lifetime)?
2) If you cant spend time to examine your own grandparents, why did you examine other patient? You examine the patient every morning because you MO or specialist want you to do so? DAMN.
3) Drop your job. You are such an irresponsible grandson! I wont respect you at all. Doctor? Pharmacist?

Conclusion : They are brothers.

I dislike doctors, full stop

Since i was young, i thought i might want to be a doctor. When i was asked to share my ambition during Form 1 in an english class, i told the class that i want to be a doctor. Well, things changed after that. I do not remember when was the first time i started to hate doctors. In the past, they have never left me any good impression on their working behaviors. Many of the doctors are not sincere in treating their patients. At many times, my sisters went to the doctors when they need a medical certificate for their boss, plus it is under coverage of health insurance/company allowance. That is the truth and i believe many working people are experiencing the same thing. They didnt go for the doctor because they are sick.

I am so glad that i chose to study pharmacy instead of medicine. I am officially a registered pharmacist now.

In the past 1 week, I went to 3 different opthalmologists at 3 different private eye specialist centres.

3 months ago, my ah gong undergone a cataract sugery for his left eye under Dr K at Clinic X. During the first follow up session, he commented that my ah gong's eye sight was never improved, i.e. still excatly the same like before the surgery. Then after looking around his office, he saw a leaflet and he immediated pointed to the leaflet and said to my dad 'ohhh this patient has got Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD), that is why his eyesight was never improved after the surgery. He blamed AMD for making the cataract surgery useless. If he had said that to my dad that having both AMD and cataract would not help the patient to see clearly after surgery, we would not consider letting the patient to go for a cataract surgery at all, plus, cataract is not life threatening! Then a week ago, my dad and i accompanied my ah gong for another check up session done by Dr C. Dr C agreed with Dr K's diagnosis and commented that my ah gong's disease has progressed to an advanced stage, i.e. from dry AMD to wet AMD. He suggested to give the patient intravitrael injection, Rm 1200 per injection (Avastin) or Rm 6000 per injection (Lucentis), each course consists of 3 injections. He added that this intravitrael injection is the best option by far. Because this clinic has done errors in dignosing my grandmother before, we doubt his diagnosis.

p/s : Dr C decided to give Rm 500 discount for the cataract surgery done earlier on.

So a few days later, we brought my ah gong to Clinic Y for another examination. Out of my surprise, Dr L gave a totally different diagnosis from the first 2 doctors. From his examination, he found a scar in ah gong's left eye. He said it is not a disease, it might be due to damage or surgery, he was not sure. Then he did an OCT scan and dilated eye test (abnormal result on left eye, there seemed to be an extra tissue on the macula region of the retina where he believed it to be a scar). He said it is not AMD. I did mention to him that another doctor diagnosed to be wet AMD, and that made us so worried that we brought him here for another examination. He then suggested a surgery to 'pull' the scar away and also to pump gases in the vitreous area to remove the cloudy part. He said there is 20% chances for the eyesights to be improved after the surgery. Dr L is a retinal surgeon. He likes to opt his patient to go for retinal surgery. The surgery costs Rm 6000. Asking if surgery is needed at the moment to prevent deterioration of the eyesight, he said it will be fine to leave it and do more observation during the next follow up.

At that point, i was really confused. One said it is a dangerous disease and another said it is just a scar. So i chose to bring my ah gong for another inspection.

This afternoon, we went to hospital Z for examination under Dr P. Initially i thought this doctor might be the nicest as he was very patient in checking my ah gong. I spent almost 7 hours in hospital Z today. Dr P confirmed that it is not AMD. There is a lession in the left eye. He suggested to inject Avastin (Rm 300) to reduce the swelling and subsequently to go for surgery to remove the lession (Rm 5000+). Asking if surgery is necessary to prevent vision loss, he said it is not. In addition, he addded that the surgery might or might not help to improve the eye sight. With consideration that my ah gong is already 80 years old, he will be able to see things but the images might be blurred at times, i decided to with hold my grandpa for the surgery until i have discussed with my family. However, Dr P said he would not be happy if the patient do not go for the surgery. After that, my ah gong was ordered to do a blood test.

When we met the nurse, we were expected to answer whether or not my ah gong can make it for the surgery next Tuesday. I was so shocked because i have explained to the doctor that i would not make any decision regarding the surgery until i have discussed the issue with my family. Besides doing a blood test, the nurse was trying to help to take my ah gong's bp and glucose levels too. In the end, i cancalled off blood test (since he will be going monthly blood test from another doctor to monitor his renal), bp monitoring (he monitors his bp every morning and night on his own) and glucose levels. EACH SINGLE TEST costs money okay.

I have one general opinion on doctors --> Most doctors are serious $$$$ sucker. They will never consider patient's situation (financial, moral, emotional) . Instead of letting the patient or their loved one to make the final decision, they will try to manipulate the situation so strong that eventually they are the one who will make he final decision in order to earn them some money.

I dislike doctors. I hate them. Yes, i do.

Tell me i am wrong. Doctors, show me your kind heart, show it to all the patients and prove to me that i am wrong!

Some updates

What have i been doing lately?

Yesterday was Hari Raya Aldiladha, everybody was very happy and everyone get very lazy because of this extra one day. Dont you think so?

Today, I called Lembaga Farmasi to make sure that they have started to process my borang 1 but failed. I will keep trying later in the afternoon. It has been a month plus since i came back and i have rested enough.

I am currectly addicted to DOTA at garena. But the sad things is that none of my active friends join me there. I make friends with all my bro's friends, then make more friends from the friends' friends. All in total, i have 12 contact and out of that, 10 of them is my dota friends (where i dont know them in person, but i have their msn contact, friends just for dota, get it?)

I am also trying to catch up on my studies. Ehem, wait, no more studies, let me rephrase --> i am trying to revise what i have learnt. I can hardly remember what i have learnt in final year but when i look at bnf again, i feel very interested to keep on reading. Isnt that a good start?

A few days ago, my family and i went to take graduation photo at the studio. I was probably the last person to do this as many have done so in August during the convocation. There was a big sign stating no photography is allowed and we were actually caught for taking personal pictures. However, the photographer didnt mind and helped my sis to change the settings of her camera for a better picture.

With Mummy and daddy

With mummy and 3 sis

And this is Zhuon, he will graduate next year, but not under Strahclyde University.

When will i get my offer letter?

I had my job interview with spa last thursday. By right, they should have given us the offer letter at the end of the interview. However, Cik Zamzarina asked us to go back and wait for the posting letter to be posted by POS LAJU. Even wenjiun from Sabah was told to put down her KL address. Luckily she didnt.

Well, so one day by one day, after 4 days, there is still no sign of the offer letter. Then i called cik/puan zamzarina. So she told me there is an upgrading going on, all the offer letter were with hold. I called again on Friday, Cik/Puan Zamzarina told me "MUNGKIN akan dapat minggu depan". YA RIGHT! In order to minimise the waiting time, I went to Lembaga Farmasi to fill in borang I but i was told that they will start to process my documents ONLY when they have received the verified offer letter.

I finally met most of my friends in kl/pj yesterday night. Tadaeng ---> Qris, wenjiun, kahyee, luyi, vyeaw, su miin and adam! Midvalley was so crowded yesterday! Later only i found out that it was the first day of mega sales + saturday. We had our dinner in Italianese at the Gardens. The food was not bad but they didnt amaze me. The portion size is really big. No more voting for italian meal next time please!

Everyone who is working is complaining of their work. It was either too busy or too free. They were complaining of working OT or were called to 'ON CALL' during christmas break. They also advised those who just started to apply like adam and myself to enjoy more before get posted and start working. Heard working in BIRO has nothing to do AT ALL one?

After that, we had an earlier birthday celebration for wenjiun at Zen.

24th birthday hahaha!

And a group picture of all of us :

Sesat Jalan x3

I had a bad day today. Playing Daniel Powter's song...

I sesat jalan for a total of 3 times in one day. I went to putrajaya to check for directions yesterday with adam. The signboards are well placed everywhere and it is quite direct to get to persint 1, the main roundabout where all the government departments situated. HOWEVER, i missed the putrajaya turn after Puchong this morning. That was the first 'sesat jalan'. I reached SPA at 7.50am and ended up registering at 8.05am. My number was 006, the sixth one. I waited for almost 3 hours for my turn. The interview went quite smooth, it was a quite relaxing one. Everyone of us got some different questions from the pegawai. One interesting one that i got was what will you do after the 4 years? My response was "I will continue to serve for GOVERNMENT HOSTPITAL." Hmmmm. Another BARIA one, "what do you understand about stock management in pharmacy?" Yet another one, "What is happening in the politics today?" I mm zai larh. -_-"

We failed to get the offer letter today as Cik Zamzarina said the policy has been changed. We will have to wait for it to be posted a few days later. Then we headed to KKM to fill in the biodata borang. Another month or more to wait after this!!!

Then i sesat jalan again on my way to bukit jalil from putrajaya. I ended up paying extra rm3.20 for tolls and made a big U-turn to get on to the right way. Well, bor bian larh, pjee people sesat in puchong area. @_@

When i reached IMU, i thought i would be on the right track already. I am supposed to meet ai-lynn at her flat in Jalil Damai near Vista A. HOWEVER, i went wrong way and i ended up seeing a very familiar building situated right ahead of me - Plaza OUG. Sesat jalan for the third time on the same day.

I DAMN NOOB LORH TODAY!!!!!! geeez.

Oh ya, anyone wanna accompany me to go fish big PIRAHNA, rm10 for 12 hours at kelana jaya? kekeke.

ADV - Would you send your DNA to the space?

Beijing Olympic Games 2008 was started last friday and there have been too many amazing performances - from the opening ceremony, to michael phelps winning 8 out of 8 gold medals (updated) as he expected and lee chong wei made it into badminton singe final today, everything were just simply fantastic! Well, all i can say is that each single one of them is really talented.

Since everyone of us will leave the world sooner or later, if you are given a chance, what is the one thing that you would want to preserve after you leave the world? Isnt it great if we could save our DNA and send them to the outer space to preserve them? If you have the special talent and could be the one representative of the nation to send your DNA to the space, why not?

3. Tag eight people at the end of this post and list their names.
4. Let them know they’ve been tagged by leaving them a comment on their blogs.

Hmmm let me think, that was a really special day.

There are 5 of us in the family and now 1 got married liao. Guess siapa tu?

A very first of all, big congratulations to my 2nd sis - eve and newly married husband, nicholas. They were registered on 08/08/08 and will be getting married later in november this year.

I wish you guys here : white hair till old age and long long nine nine ok?

What was i doing at 8.08am?

I was sitting in the train reading free Metro newspaper. Still remember a girl named Madeleine McCann who was missing since May 2007?

She was missing just days short of her fourth birthday and her parents were the primary suspects after the incident. The case was closed a week ago by the Portugese police and the husband and wife - Kate and Gerry McCann were cleared of being the aguido (suspect) as well. So, the couples ordered their own lawyer and journalist to analyse the 30,000 pages portugese police file.

The interesting thing being revealed was that there were as many as 3 witnesses actually spotted Madeline in Amsterdam, Belgium and Brussels separately, a few days after she went missing. There were police reports lodged in the respective places, BUT, no action were taken by the Portugese police.

There was also news saying that Madeline was snactched by paedophile ring to order from belgium. Read more here.

I seriously hope that Madeline can be found back one day, so that all the secrets that lie behind it will be revealed.

Any interesting thing during 08/08/08?

Nah. Not really. As usual - work, dinner, go ALDI, online, movie, sleep. I have a colleague who has worked for a year for morgan stanley and friday was his last day working there. He seemed so happy to leave. When i asked him "do you miss anything here?" He answered to me "Nope. I am very glad to leave. Maybe just the people." That seem very logic right? told you nothing interesting. But as usual, i will feel extremely happy when it is a friday - because i dont have to work during the weekend!

Kena tagged to do tag post

I was tagged to do this post about a month ago but i just dont have time to do it during my study break. So here i am today, to reveal some of my deep secrets to you guys and to tag some of you to do the same :P

Tagged by Kennychoo.com

The rules:-

1. Link to your tagger and post these rules.
2. List eight (8) random facts about yourself.
3. Tag eight people at the end of this post and list their names.
4. Let them know they’ve been tagged by leaving them a comment on their blogs.

Random fact number 1 : i started ponteng school at the age of 6, and it continued till my university life!!

Anyone can beat me??? I started kindergarten only at the age of 6. It was the second day of my kindergarten school days, my mum decided to leave me alone in the class. I was scared+naughty+hate school and somehow i managed to run away from the kindergarten without the teacher/security guards notice. @_@ When i was about to cross the main road, a pasar aunty recognized me and brought me back to my dad's shop. Thank you auntie for saving my life.

As i grew up, im the decision maker to choose whether to attend class or not to. My dad gave me the full permission to skip class, all he needs to do is to sign an 'absence letter' for me.

Random fact number 2 : i love fishes. They attracted me to steal for the first time :P

Back to the age of 6 again, i always follow my mum to the pasar to eat 'mang jiang kuih' or 'chee cheong fun' one. There was once where we stopped by a stall selling fishes in variable plastic containers. I actually put my hands in and caught some without anyone's notice. I kept them in my pockets. When we reached home later, my mum was shocked to see the DEAD fishes. lolz.

Random fact number 3 : i learnt diving at the age of 8. all because of fishes again.

Maybe it is influences from my dad/cousins, i started to love catching/fishing as i grew up. There was once when we went fishing at taman jaya (the pond near amcorp mall), i jumped into the pond for one yellow fish. I just thought it was so beautiful and it signalled me to jump for it. A malay uncle jumped after me, to save me. Thank you malay uncle for saving my life this time!

Random fact number 4 : at the age of 8, My dad sent me to learn 'self-defence' or rather 'how to fight', kononnya to keep us healthy

You know what, all my siblings and i actually hated taekwondo sooooooooooooo much initially, caused we were forced to go for training. We didnt want it, and i still remembered my bro always cry before/during training because our trainer is very fierce. Look at who he is today.

We were introduced to competition at very young age. As i grew up, i actually love it - Taekwondo has become part of my life. I went through all the process - from zero to something, from something until my peak performance time, and now after the peak time.

Random fact number 5 : I failed to achieve my first dream - of representing Malaysia for an international competition

From being bullied by seniors to ass being kicked during competitions, i actually learnt and improved so much that i managed to win national junior competition in my respective weight category when i was 14. I lost the 50/50 chance to represent malaysia after i lost during the selection later on. And right now, im just too old to do it. I failed to make it to korean open, international juniors open, sea games etc etc. However, im proud to announced that my gym is about 7 and a half years old already. :)

Random fact number 6 : my english sucks big time, my math saves my day.

Frankly, my english might even lose to a 12 year old kid, fullstop. I just hate english. No one force me to do anything about it when i was young. I have realised the importance of it only until my college days, all i can do now is trying to improve by reading and writing. On the other hand, mathematic is always my favourite subject. At times, i might be thinking why didnt i choose something to do with numbers initially, eg. actuarial science? I will make sure my kids excel in both english and math next time. Luckily, the future mother is damn good in english :P

Random fact number 7 : im a super stubborn person.

If you ask me to rate my stubborness, i will rate it a so so. (because human is selfish, we alway try to protect ourselves woot :P) But a close one to me would rate it as 10/10. It can be a good thing, as well as being a bad thing. Nothing much to elaborate, as im trying to protect myself while i am writing this fact :P What do you think?

Random fact number 8 : Im good in sports, but i have zero talent in art and music.

I love sports. Not only that, but i do excel in many of them. (my past. haha :P)Erm speaking of art, i have no interest in it at all. Sorry larh. I cant play any music instrument and i cant sing. I picked up music rather late in my secondary school. But right now, music is essential for my everyday life. Just that.
