To customer service supervisor SAM,

IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU GUYS. CAN YOU PLEASE HAVE THE RESPECTIVE PERSON TO CALL ME BACK SO THAT WE CAN DISCUSS ABOUT THE PROBLEMS? THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I SHOWED MY CONCERN TOWARDS THE PROBLEM THAT I WAS FACING. CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR STAFFS ARE DOING SOMETHING? I SPOKE TO YOU LAST TUESDAY AND YOU PROMISED THAT YOU WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER. NOW YOUR STAFFS HAVE PROMISED TO CONTACT ME BACK SO EASILY BUT NONE CALL ME BACK YET. ON THE OTHER HAND, THE BILLING DEPARTMENT HAVE SENT ME SEVERAL EMAILS AND SMS TO CHASE ME AFTER FOR THE BILL.


I BEG YOU PLEASE KINDLY ADDRESS THE PROBLEM ACCORDINGLY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I have sent the above email 5 times to careline@p1.com.my, i know i wont get an email response any sooner, as usual, dont give me any chance to speak to your manager, or else, i will definitely make some big trouble on you, you, you and YOU!
