Madrid amat men-disappointed

Finally i find time to blog about my first euro trip with my friends to Spain + Portugal dated 4th june - 11th june. Our first stop was at germany. We had a night stay in Zur Morshbach hotel before a flight transit to Madrid the next day. Our only solution to avoid pulling off a night at frankfurt airport is by spending 20+ euros at this luxurious hotel. Oucchh!

I was attracted by this sign when i first entered Madrid. It says No Pasar.

After checked in at Cat's hostel, we went to berjalan-jalan.

There is this canggih punya elevators here :

Then, we managed to catch some night views near the palace - Palacio Real De Madrid.

And there is this Musio Cathedral located beside the palace.

The next day, our first stop was to the Plaza De Toro, having an aim to get some tickets for the bull fight show. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to know that all tickets were sold out at around 12pm that time.

Can you recognize us? Leave me a comment at the end of the post okay?

Bullfighting
- The tradition, as it is practiced today, involves professional toreros (also referred to as toreadors in English), who execute various formal moves with the intent, during various phases of the fight, of distracting, angering, or causing injury to the bull itself. Such maneuvers are performed at close range, and can result in injury or even death of the performer. The bullfight often concludes with the death of the bull by a well-placed sword thrust as the finale. (source taken from wiki)

One cucuk the bull kena gg-ied :

For the first thought, bull fight can be really interesting. But 6 repeated simalar acts can be boring though. Many choose not to watch because they think that it is very cruel to kill the bull eventually. Bull fight only becomes interesting when something 'bad' happens.

Watch the following highlights :

Bull fighting is a very dangerous yet professional act, accidents can happen anytime.

And one last thing - Men are men. Cow is cow. Bull is bull. Women should never be a bullfighter.

With the help of our tour guide Mr Ong - well equiped with his own GPS, we managed to find the other attraction places including the bear and tree without any difficulty.

Our night ended with tasting paella for the first time in spain.

Everyone seemed busy thinking of what to eat :

There are only 6 choices to choose from - the famous one is the seafood paella.

And we ordered a jar of local fruit wine to be shared - Sangria.

Finally, it is my black squid paella. It doesnt look very inviting and tasted so so nia larh. Go for seafood paella better.

马德里不思议 Real Madid - GG-ied.
